Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Netherlands

- Orders over €70.00 → Free shipping
- Orders below €70.00 → €5.95 shipping fee

Estimated delivery time:

- 1–3 business days

European Union

- Orders below €150.00 → €20.95 shipping fee
- Orders over €150.00 → Free shipping

Estimated delivery time:

- 2–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been dispatched.

We currently ship orders using DPD and trusted local delivery partners.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address
