1. Return period
We offer a 8-day return period..
This means you have 8 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original condition
Unused and unopened
With all original packaging intact

2. How to request a return
To start a return, please contact us at: support@violerra.nl
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Hygiene & sealed products (Perfumes & cosmetics)
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Perfumes and fragrances
Cosmetics and skincare products
Any sealed items where the original packaging or protective seal (including outer plastic wrap) has been removed after delivery
Once the seal or protective packaging is removed, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.

5. EU Consumer Law compliance
This policy is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e), which allows sellers to exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery for hygiene protection reasons.
